Sometimes simpler is better. I go onto JCrew.com and just drool over their bridesmaid dresses. They're just so clean and simple. I honestly would love to attend a wedding in one of those. The lines are so straight and figure flattering. This is what I was going for with this frock. When I had finished it, the simplicity reminded me of a paperdoll.

I used a simple white cotton fabric, tightly knit. The neckline is small and hugs the neck. The sleeves fall just above the elbow and the A-line skirt falls just at the knee. I would say it would fit a 3T-4T.I've had a couple people ask if they can enter the contest if they are from another country. Yes, you can!
