I tried this and the balloons fell down. Did you use photo paper to print or pictures or something lighter? My daughter would like this for her grsduation, but I haven't been able to keep the helium balloons up with the pictures on them.
I had the same problem I even used plain printer paper and put 1 picture tied to 2 12" helium balloons-no luck fell straight down! I can only assume these were taped to the ceiling!?!?!?
