Just wanted to introduce you to a lovely site by photographer Courtney Price of Vintage Ginger Peaches.
Check out her shop GingerPeachy.
Courtney creates custom art from vintage-paper dolls that were really cut out by a little girl years ago. She is a mixed media artist and photographer. She also creates works of art on canvas using real dresses.
Just for you Grosgrain readers, she is giving away a piece of her work featured to left. Perfect to fill a vacant wall in a little girl's room.
A blogger since 2005, Courtney hopes to be able to inspire people to create, specifically, to create art with their kids or on their own!
See some of the projects she creates with her children, here, here and here.
And check out her amazing photography here.
Courtney, a wife, mother of 4, and a photographer, loves capturing images that are unique and fun. She enjoys music, writing and art.
Said Courtney, "Longer story? I came to photography the long way around. I started by graduating from WSU with a degree in English... leading to writing for newspapers... leading to taking pictures to go with those stories... leading to a need to know (and do) more!"
As usual, if you would like a chance to win this canvas just link back to this post.
If you have any questions see the "questions and answers" link to the right. If you use blogger just use the "create a link" link at the bottom of this post. If you don't use blogger, that's fine too. Just create a link on your page as you normally would and I will see it using Technorati.
